Case Studies
Campaigns that delivered.
Real results from paid campaigns, with the strategy behind them.
LinkedIn · Training & Consulting
Generating leads for a high-ticket product launch
Leads generated
Cost per lead (≈ 31 SAR)
Total ad spend
Impressions
Clicks (1.53% CTR)
The challenge
A new product launching in the market for the first time, at a high price of 2,900 SAR. With a price like that, relying on direct purchase was not the right move.
The strategy
Generate leads and let the sales team convert them, instead of pushing for an instant sale. Ads were placed on LinkedIn, where the people with the highest buying power are. Since LinkedIn ads are expensive, the creative had to be compelling enough to make the platform deliver it at the lowest possible cost.
The result
40 leads at $8.34 each on a $333.73 budget, 83–91% below the typical $50–90 cost per lead for general training/B2C offers.

LinkedIn · Workplace Culture (B2B)
Building awareness for a first-of-its-kind workplace program
Leads generated
Cost per lead (≈ 127 SAR)
Total ad spend
Impressions
Clicks (1.15% CTR)
The challenge
A workplace-culture program launching in Saudi Arabia for the first time, with no prior marketing. The target audience had no existing awareness of what the program was or why it mattered.
The strategy
Run multiple posts and videos at the same time to build awareness first — showing how work environment affects productivity, talent attraction, and employee loyalty, educating the market before asking for a lead.
The result
40 leads at $33.97 each (21 with verified work emails), leading to 3 sales meetings so far, with deals currently in progress.

LinkedIn · Government Tenders Training (B2B)
Helping companies stop losing government tenders
Leads generated
Cost per lead (≈ 72 SAR)
Total ad spend
Impressions
Clicks (0.72% CTR)
The challenge
A new program in the market that helps companies stop losing government tenders — positioned as a real investment in their people, not just another training course.
The strategy
Drive traffic to a dedicated landing page instead of a native lead form, where visitors could learn more about the program. The ad opened with a direct question — is your company losing government tenders? — before introducing the solution.
The result
LinkedIn's own dashboard showed 0 conversions due to a gap in website conversion tracking. The real count: 32 leads at $19.08 each (≈72 SAR) — including one signed contract worth 50,000 SAR with a 25-employee company, close to 22x the total ad spend.
